VICTOR PACHECO
Victor Pacheco is larger than life and larger than most comedians, yet he brings an unmatched energy to the stage and consistently comes through with real-life funny stories and observations. “Meester” Pacheco’s personal experiences as an educator, married man, and wild lifestyle entertains audiences across the West Coast. Vic’s quick wit, exceptional one-liners, and warm personality have made him a favorite at comedy clubs, colleges, and theaters. Victor Pacheco has worked along side nationally touring titans of industry including Paul Rodriguez, John Witherspoon, Jay Mohr, Big Jay Oakerson, Josh Wolf, and most recently, the great Pablo Francisco. Victor performs for Veterans of Foreign Wars and takes pride in delighting the troops domestically. Victor Pacheco recently moved to Southern California and is now based out of Los Angeles.
Victor Pacheco got his first taste of stand-up comedy in 1998 during his seventh grade year at his middle school talent show where he competed against choreographed N’Sync lip-sync dancers, singers, and live bands where he won first-place and a $25 gift certificate to Sam Goody where he purchased an overpriced CD. Victor went on to enter the talent show the following year in May of 1999, where he repeated his first-place victory with a completely new act where he ended up roasting the principal of his middle school so hard that the entire student body and staff went absolutely crazy; it was an amazing moment in the history of comedy, Victor was on top of the world with yet another $25 gift certificate to Sam Goody so he quit stand-up comedy right then and there to focus on his studies, bringing an end to his lucrative comedy career…
Until Victor made a triumphant return to the stage in November of 2012 and hasn’t looked back. This time Victor had a lot more life experience and was finally ready to tell his stories about substitute teaching in some of the toughest schools in California. Parents will tell you how amazing their kids are; MR. PACHECO IS NOT YOUR PARENT! Victor also enjoys talking about being married, how much he loves his wife, and his whacky one-of-a-kind adventures that you have to hear in person to believe. Victor Pacheco is a hardworking comedian who dedicates himself to honing his craft and making sure that his audiences leave happy and remember him.
Victor Pacheco is originally from small town of San Carlos, CA and studied Sociology at University of California - Santa Cruz, class of 2007 and passed his upper-division Sociology Department requirements with his senior thesis “The Attitudes and Effectiveness of Drug Education in the American Public School System“; he got an “A”. What a scholar.
